You're probably going to have to go into regedit.msc to
remove it. Without posting the folder name and where
it's at, it will be hard to direct you where to go at in
regedit to delete it. May even try going into your C:
drive to that particular folder and right-click and
delete that way...works for me sometimes
The folder is on my MSN8 webmail. It is just below my
junk mail folder. When I delete it to the trash it goes
and then returns in a few seconds. Thanks
