Rotating Text Boxes

Is there any way to rotate a text box?

Basically, I am working on a report to print table top "tent" name tags with
the name on both sides. To get it so it is readable, one of the text boxes
on the report needs to be rotated 1800 degrees (so it appears upside-down on
the report).

I have not been able to identify approaches. Can this be done? Or am I
asking for a little too much?
