Rotating pictures on a web page

Hello,

I have designated a place on my home page where pictures will appear. I
have a collection of images that I would like to show by rotating them around
on one spot on the page.

Each page will show for about 10 seconds and then the next one will appear.
How do I accomplish this task?

that goes alongg with each image?
