rotating employee audit

I have 60 drivers to audit. I need an effective way to do this,15 drivers at
a time. hopefully like 3 color coded racks. 1 for that weekly audit, 2 for
upcoming, 3 for past audit. constantly rotating on a weekly basis. I am
useing a PCS express 15 system for driver log auditing.
this will be an audit that audits the audited drivers.
please respond I need help. no suggestion will be overlooked.

Is this suggestion related to Access? If not, please post in the appropriate
news group. If so, then additional info is needed, such as table structure,
fields, etc...
