Rotate Text without using Word Art

Word art is great for rotating text... but has problems when used on a web
page -that are referenced in other threads here.

Is there a way to rotate text in FrontPage without using word art?

I have tried Word Art in Tables and Layers and neither appears on the webpage.

No.

Use WordArt, but then do a screen capture and edit in your image/graphic application, then save as
GIF or JPG, then import into your current open FP web / site.

Take a screenshot of your rotated text and then use an image editor to convert it to a
..jpg or .gif image and then use the image on your page.

Have you considered the possibility of using an image editing program,
instead of a word processor to do your graphics?
