Rotate backup drives in Windows Vista

I have a small business and am wondering if it's possible to have a rotating
drive backup scheme setup using the Windows Vista backup Wizard.

All tests I have done so far have failed. Here's an example. I have 2
external portable USB 160GB drives. I want to rotate them on a daily basis.
1 on the PC/server to run a backup at night, the other in a fireproof safe.

The tests I've done using the Vista backup wizard are requiring the same
media to be used each time. I thought maybe running a full backup on each
external drive would trick it into using the drives the way I want to. I
have named each drive with the same Volume label, but I guess the backup
wizard must go by the volume serial number or something to determine if the
correct drive is attached.

Any help with making this type of solution work is much appreciated.
Thanks

I should clarify, I realize I can manually do this each day, but I was
wondering if it's possible to just have the automatic backup take care of it
at night and rotate the drives each day.
