rotate 90 degrees CW, CCW

When in my "My Pictures" folder, I used to have a right
click option to rotate a picture 90 degrees CW or CCW.
This option no longer show up on my machine... how can I
get it back?

Is this assocaited with the MS Picture and Fax viewer
bein installed? Because I think I may have uninstalled
taht a while back. If so, how can I get it back also?

Yes this exactly what I was asking about.

I no longer have the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer
installed and I do not have the "right click option to
rotate a picture 90 degrees CW or CCW

Any idea how to get this funxtionality re-installed?
