ROT13

I have at least the following key corrupted with Rot13, from what I gather
form Internet. How do I correct this, I have lots of entries.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\UserAssist

Creating a new profile would solve any corruption problems in the current
user hive.

I don't think these keys are corrupted with ROT13 - it's meant that way.

You could try:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\UserAssist\Settings
NoEncrypt (REG_DWORD) = 1

also mentions the value NoLog = 1 in the same key; I haven't tried that.
