ROOT\SYSTEM\0002 ERROR 39??????

In my SYSTEM INFORMATION....I clicked on PROBLEM DEVICES and it came up with
MICROSOFT SYSTEM MANAGEMENT BIOS DRIVER.....ROOT\SYSTEM 0002...ERROR 39. What
is this error and how do I fix it?

Microsoft System Management BIOS Driver can be malware.
