Or create a single cell table (2px smaller than your circle image size) and apply your circle image as a cell background image, then
insert the logo image in the cell and set you image and cell alignments

| It's easier to do this all in a graphics program first and them import it
| into the web since FP isn't designed for features like that. If you have FP
| 2003 you can put the items on different "layers" and use nested tables to
| get the effect you want but doing it in a graphics program first is easier.
