rookie trying to install access template

running access 2003, getting this error:
"Access can't find the database file 'C:\users\scott\document\orders
management database.mdb' Make sure you entered the correct path and file
name.

This is happening on the download of the Template.

It may be saving into your temp folder.

From the dialog box choose save instead of open. Browse to where you want
to save it.

Also - most people have a file called Documents (with an "s" and maybe a "My")
You are looking for C:\users\scott\document (no "s")
