Rolodex feature

How is the rolodex feature for browsing through open windows activated?

I just installed Vista. I can easily cascade the windows, but I cannot find
the command or hot key to display the 3D rolodex.

Win key + tab

You must have the AERO Glass theme to enable this effect.

You mean Windows 3D Flip?

Type in 3D flip in help and it tells you all about it assuming that's
what you want.
 
You can also enable it by clicking the Switch between windows icon the Quick
launch bar located on your taskbar. If its not there, right click the
Taskbar > select Toolbars > click "Quicklaunch".
