Rollover effects on Switchboard

I would appreciate some help to create a rollover or similar effect on my
Switchboard forms, like a moving arrow to the left side highlighting the
choice, or a button colour change. I have seen plenty of examples, I know how
to make rollovers in Fireworks & the like, I can work with slices & hotspots
etc. No clue how to do any of this with MS Access 2003

Access does not expose this functionality to you, so you will need to use
the MouseMove event of the controls to change their properties.

There is no "lost mouse" event, so use the MouseMove event of the form's
Detail section to turn the properties off again.
