Hyperlink Rollover Effects

Greetings,
I'm having a heck of a time trying to get hyperlinks
along the top row of my Front Page 2003 webpage to change
color on rollover of the mouse pointer. I can get
rollover effects for the vertical hyperlinks along the
sides of the page but can't get rollover effects for a
list of hyperlinks running horizontally across the top of
the page. I've tried Page Properties/Advanced
Tab/Rollover effects...but that only enables those
vertical hyperlinks to change, not the horizontal ones.
I've also tried using the DHTML tool bar. Doesn't work
either. Help!

you might try selecting each link, right clicking, then go to insert hyperlink
(or link properties - whatever the option is) then choose "style" and set the
options that way (do this for each link).

Are you using FP's navigation bar/s or shared borders or include content (pages)
that might be affected by other settings causing the rollover effects not to work
( assuming you have normal text hyperlinks that you just want changing colours or
links that have no underline, but then do underline the link on mouseover.

Have you tried the standard link settings that are placed in the 'body' tag?
rather than css settings.

I don't know why the page settings for hyperlink/rollover effects would work on
the vertical but not horizontal navigation.
