RoboCopy on webservers

We have two web servers which are load balanced. We have RoboCopy installed
on web1 and it is supposed to copy any changes to the website structure to
the web2 web server. We have just realized that any updates to any file
(aspx) on the website, causes all of the sessions on web2 to be terminated
when RoboCopy copies the file from web1 to web2. We are ignoring

*.Config
*.asax
*.dll

Any one seen this issue before? We have taken down web2 off of the load
balancer until we can determine what is causing this issue.
