roaming user profiles--Urgent

Dear Professionals,

please give me advises on this issue...

my terminal server need to create roaming user profile to
redirect the folder of Temporary internet files, although
i disable the setting on it , that's not enough to save
the space of system partition & i've redirected the user
documents & local settings...

by the way, how to restrict the folder size of temporary
internet files, disk quota is the only way to do it?
