roaming profiles

I don't know if this the place but when i am logon b/n windows 2000 pro and
XP prof. those folders/files i deleted long go keep comes back. is there any
quick fix?

Make sure that you are not logged onto more than one machine with the same
roaming profile when you delete the files. See:

Also, disable offline files. See:

Roaming profiles are setup much as a network share. Find and delete the
roaming user profile directory on the server(s) that contain them. After
deletion, desktop items and the like will not appear again at next login.
