Roaming Profiles

Hi, how can I setup roaming profiles for users but limit
the size of the profile to say 1mb, so it won't grow and
take ages to load?

You could limit profile size using Group Policy

The "Limit Profile Size" policy is in:
User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> User
Profiles

I do recommend redirecting certain folders (like my documents and
desktop) to the users home directory.

There is also a Group Policy for excluding directories in the profile
