Roaming profile or MS Word?

I have a user with a roaming profile who is losing images, and
sometimes the entire header, of Word documents. Other users logged in
to the same computer can see the images. When this user logs into a
different computer, she cannot see the images.
Is there a setting in Word to fix this? or is this a roaming profile
setting?

Hard to say with so little info, sorry.
Any profile errors in the event logs?
Are you using folder redirection?
How big is the profile?
Where are the documents stored?
