Blocking Cookies

We use Windows Server 2003 with XP workstations and roaming profiles. Is
there a way to delete a users cookies automatically upon logoff, block
cookies for all users via IE7 settings, or some other way to stop cookies
being saved to roaming users profiles on the local machine. It seems to be
causing some log-on issues.....sometimes taking users up to 8 minutes to log
on. As a test I deleted all cookies from a users profile and they were able
to log on within a few seconds. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Tools --> Internet Options --> Privacy --> Advanced. I always use:
Prompt for first party cookies, block third party cookies and allow
session cookies. YMMV.
