Roaming Profile in Windows 2000

Hello we work with novell 6.0 on our network.
We have a little problem with loggin in our network wen we log in with
novell client windows say your local profile is newer then your roaming
profile. Then a counter counts down to zero and it works but how must we get
this message away.

Under normal circumstances, the server copy of the roaming profile is the
newest because it is updated last during logout. Is the time synchronized
within the network if the roaming profiles have ever worked? It might be
permission issue as well.
