roaming profile fails to load on Vista Business computer

I have received a new computer at work. My old one was Winxppro. We use
Exchange on a windows 2003 server. When I log into my new Vista machine I
received message that my profile could not be loaded in its entirety and that
a temporary profile would be loaded instead. I am the only vista machine on
our network. Why can't I load my profile? Is it possible that because I was
in an organizational unit that gets IE6 pushed down that this is the problem?
Any suggestions would be most helpful

Vista loads a roaming profile in a different file than WinXp. You could
copy your profile over and not have it roaming but the whole idea of it
roaming is to be able to use any computer on the network. Have your IT
people contact Microsoft for a work-around.
