RIS with 2 DHCP servers

I have been using the same RIS setup for a while. It is installed on the
same server that serves as the DHCP server. For backup I recently added
another DHCP server and now when I go to setup RIS clients, if they get
their IP from the backup DHCP server they are not able to boot PXE.

Is there an entry in the DHCP scope I need to put in to tell the PXE clients
to attach to the other server?

DHCP is not designed to hold an active backup DHCP in place. You really
have to disable the second DHCP Server. Activate it only if the first
one fails.
