RIS using XP images and 3rd party network driver

Hi all,
I have W2K (sp3) Advanced Server as RIS. My 2000 Pro
images with 3rd party OEM driver added boots OK. XP image
with 3rd party OEM driver complains the image doesn't have
the correct network driver. I followed the same process
each time. What is different for XP?

Usually this happens because you need the latest XP drivers from the nic
manufacturer's web site. If you copy the new drivers into the respective
folders, make sure you rename the existing files rather than overwrite them
because I have had to "undo" new driver installations. Sometimes adding new
drivers causes other images to not work.
