I am trying to RIS a Dell Optiplex 280 computer. It's running windows 2000
SP4. I got the drivers for the NIC to work and load fine. The problems is
something else.
I made the image, then installed in on a few computers and everything was
fine. Everything loaded great. But a few hours later I trid to RIS more
computers, and the files would copy fine. Then when the computer would reboot
to run the the SIF file I get the following error message:
STOP: 0x0000007B (0xeb82384c,0xc000000e,0x00000000,0x00000000)
INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE
The weird part is everything worked great a few hour before. And the
computers I imaged are still running great, and have all the drivers working
OK.
I've tried this three times, and everytime it works great for a while, then
stops. Is there something in RIS that is changing the image files? Any ideas?
Thanks for any help.
