RIS and dhcp

Will RIS and pxe work with a third party(non-microsoft) dns/dhcp enviroment?
We do have Active Directory and it is using the third party dns because it
supports dynamic updates and srv records. Any help would be grateful.

You only need to authorise 2000 and 2003 DHCP servers. NT 4.0 or
non-Microsoft don't require this.
