Running win2003, RIS. Creating boot disks allow only a
limited selection of of NIC. Need to use INTEL pro 100 vm.
Can you add drivers to the adapter selection in RBFG??
Thanks

If your adapter is not supported by RBFG it is not possible to add support
for it. Unless, of course, you have access to RBFG source code and know how
to write PXE UNDI driver for your NIC.

Luckily, Argon Technology can save you this trouble. We offer a PXE on Disk
for many NICs that aren't currently supported by RBFG including the Intel
Pro 100VM.

PXE on Disk works the same way that an RBFG Boot Floppy does by enabling
your client PC to initiate a PXE network boot.
PXE on Disk will interact with any PXE server including the Windows Remote
Installation Services (RIS).

You can find our more at http://www.argontechnology.com/mbadisk/index.shtml

Argon Technology also offers the new and improved RIS Menu Editor (RISme).
RISme extends the capabilities of RIS, allowing you to deploy additional
OSes that aren't supported by default. For example, it possible to use RIS
to perform BIOS updates, deploy Ghost disk images, install Linux, etc.
Visit http://www.argontechnology.com/risme for more details.

Stop using RIS.. It's nice, but still limited..

Try:

http://unattended.sourceforge.net/

Combine it with

http://unattended.msfn.org/
and
http://www.appdeploy.com/

along with other links you will find on the various sites and you can have a
complete installation of everything you need that works on all of the
computers you run and with the ability to boot with whatever drivers you
need to and add whatever drivers the machines require easily.
