right-to-left language problem.

I am using a right-to-left language. When designing a form, I prefer that
lable appears in right and its inout box in left. But by default the reverse
appears. Is it possible to change this behavior of Access in option or some
where else?
 
Open a new form in design view. Add a textbox control. Move the label of
that textbox to the right side. Click Format | Change Control Defaults.

This tells Access to use the example you've shown it for all controls of
that type.
