Right-hand side Shift key mulfunctioned

When I press down the right-hand Shift key to type upper case, it cannot

A bad keyboard with be first on my list.

You could take it apart and clean it.. not always successful and can take
time to do.. probably best to look at getting a new keyboard if the problem
become tiresome for you..

You could try washing the keyboard .... it does work
