Right clicking icons hangs computer

If I right-click an icon (to copy or explore) the
computer just hangs.I also don't seem to be able to
create or move folders anymore. What's going on?

Ta for the help. I'd been playing around with context
handlers and nothing changed. Then, for a completely
different reason, I had to re-insatll Office. Now the
problem has gone.
Weird.
