Right click/open diff windows

No menu pops up when i right click on window in the taskbar. Also say if i
had 2 windows open if i have one open then go to click the other in the
taskbar it wont open right away, i have to click it like 3 or 4 times to make
it open.

Is it possibly a mouse problem?
Worn out mouse buttons? How old is your mouse?

Tried changing the mouse driver?

I got my mouse in January and it works fine say if i right click other places
just wont open a menu when i right click on windows in the taskbar
