right click on a report not working

I wrote a form for input for an employee to use. when the form produces the
report the right click on her mouse button is not displaying any of the
command displays that it should. Everything works fine for me on my
computer. Her right click on the employee's mouse button works fine on all
of the other programs she uses. Anybody have any ideas as to a setting that
isn't correct?

Does she have Access installed, or only the run-time version? (The run-time
version doesn't support right-click menus)

If she can open Access by itself (no mdb file) then it is not the runtime.
The runtime can only be used to open and run files. It cannot be opened by
itself the way a licensed installation can.

There are other ways to tell, but that is a fairly easy and obvious test.
