How do I get rid of unwanted junk in my right click menu
when I am on the web? I mean this only happens when I am
right clicking and I am on the web.
Thanks

It sounds like you've installed a bunch of third-party internet explorer add
ons, which in most cases is some form of spyware.

It may be difficult to remove these add-ons and spyware from your computer.
You can try such software such as Lavasoft's AdAware or any of the other
spyware removing software which are available on the internet.

By removing the spyware using such programs, may remove or damage some files
required for your Internet Explorer browser. So this choice might be a bit
hazardous for you.

Your best bet to get rid of all the right click menu junk is to rollback
your system if you have System Restore enabled with a bunch of system
restore check points. You may lose some files so backup your data before
doing anything.
