Right click menu "Resize Pictures" and "Preview" exist, but do notfunction

Hi,

I have lost the functionality of previewing pictures and resizing them
from the Powertoys for XP. Ich have uninstalled and reinstalled the
Powertoy. I have registered everything like recommended in this and
other news groups, but no success. What can I do to register
shimgvw.dll and phototoys.dll again correctly.

Does it fail for all users of the computer?

Well, the Preview is working with another user, but the Resize
Pictures option for noone. I also tried it in safe mode, there it the
same. For another user the Preview is working in safe mode, but all
the rest is not working.

Any ideas?
