Right-click menu gone

Can anyone remind me how to restore the right-click menu to "All Programs"?
This happened once before and I can't seem to find my notes on how I restored
it. I'd really like to be able to sort All Programs again.

OK, now I really feel stupid. Had a flash of inspiration and solved it.
"Enable Dragging and Dropping", in Properties>Start Menu>Advanced has to be
checked. No freakin' idea how it got unchecked, but it's back.
