How do you add or remove a function to a drop down list that appears when you right click. I use "Paste Special" a lot and would like to add it to the drop down list when I right click in a Word document.

Thanks Greg, that helped out a lot because I had the same exact question. However I've got another minor related problem
I frequent several internet message boards and I like to reply to messages by copying the message from the msg board, paste to a word document, type up my reply, copy and past it back to the message board. That allows me to use the spell checker and in some cases save my replies as documents for future reference
When I use the std paste option I get garbage so I use the paste special instead. (I set up my shortcut menu thanks to you). When I do this I get a little menu to select the formatting of the past and since I'm copying from a web page the default is html format. But I don't want this, I want the default to be (always) no formatting so that it just pastes the plain text. Depending on the text I copied from the web, the option list varies but almost always the default is html
Is there a way to change the default to "no formatting?
Thanks very much
