Right Click in My Computer Causes Reboot

When I right-click on a file name in My Computer to choose an Open With
option, the whole computer reboots. Then when it comes back up, I get a
Microsoft screen telling me that the problem is being caused by a device
driver, but it can't tell me which one. I have installed all the latest
drivers and patches.

I'm wondering if this could be caused by a virus? My Norton is up to date.
I have been doing A LOT of stuff with images lately (surfing, downloading,
modifying, etc.) so perhaps I picked up a jpeg virus? I configured my Norton
to scan jpeg files, but it didn't find anything.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Most likely caused by one of the right click context menu handlers. See
this link for how to troubleshoot it.
