Right Click (in explorer) where to change menu ?

Where are the entries for this menu located ? Several applications
that I installed thought that they should change this menu, as well as
the one for the recycle-bin right click. I'd like to change them back.
Registry hacks are OK, I just can't find the proper place to hack.

You may not be able to. If the application uses the Windows Installer technology and you remove the items you mention you may find that the applications will go through an install routine the next time you access them. Check first that the applications may have a way to remove them from the "shell" first.
