Ricoh laser factory reset - how?

Can someone tell me how to reset a Ricoh laser printer back to factory
default? n a HP you hold down the online button at powerup. What do
you do on a Ricoh?

You should be able to go offline, go into the printer's main menu, then go
to maintenance. In this menu you should see system reset, which reset to
factory defaults. I should point out, this is for a AP4500, that we have at
the office. You might try going to http://www.ricoh-usa.com/ then check in
support for a manual for your particular printer model.

On the LP1200, when in Ready mode press Reset, then press up or down
arrow repeatedly to Factory, then press Enter.
