Ribbon replaced by classic menus in Outlook 2007

I'm using Outlook 2007 and all of a sudden the UI has the classic menus
(File, Edit, View, etc) instead of the Office button and ribbon. How do I
change this bacl to the new UI?
 
That's completely normal in the main Outlook window (which is the one with the View menu). Only the individual item windows have the ribbon in Outlook.

Is there a way to switch all the ribbon menus back to the classic look?

I really don't like the new look and prefer the old one.

Only by third-party software.
