Ribbon keeps vanishing

HI : I have a user that is using Excell 2007 . When they enter data in a cell
the ribbon vanishes and they have to turn it back on . How can I set it so
the ribbon stays on and in place ? Using Office 2007 and service pack 1 .
 
Never heard of such a thing. If you start Excel in safe mode ( Start->Run->
"Excel.exe /s" [no quotes, there is a space before the slash]) and the
problem does not occur then an add-in or file is the likely cause.
