Rex X instead of words.

One example, There are many places where there should be a box to click on
with words, and instead I see a red X and have to guess what the box might
say. One example, when I want to send a picture in an email on AOL, There
is a red X where it use to say "find picture". Since I know that is the
place to click, it works, but I have come across other areas where all I get
is this red X in a box and I don't know what it is for.

Either the format of the graphic/file is not supported by your default
application or your Security settings are too high. Your firewall may
also be blocking these for your safety.
