When visiting pages IE will show different links
(rewrites) them, but is fine if page is reloaded. It
wnats to go to tooncomics.com.How does IE do that? How
can I fix it?

Can you go to the page correctly if you include the http://wwww....

If yes then you have some parasites on your computer.
