Revisited: CF 2.0 Forms Issue

Since I've gotten no response on this topic I wil try to rephrase this issue.

The problem appears when using forms that have the WindowState property set
to Maximized and that have NO MainMenu. Their size should be 240,320.
So the entire Pocket PC screen is the client area of each form.
Now, when one form opens another form, that form briefly displays the blue
standard Pocket PC title bar. It just flashes up briefly. When closing this
second form, the parent form shows the same behaviour: briefly flashing it's
title bar.

Although this is "just" a cosmetic issue, it does look ugly and
unprofessional.
The cause for this seems to be the missing MainMenu. As soon as I add a
MainMenu object to all my forms, the issue goes away. But now of course I have
the gray menu bar always visible.

This behaviour does not show up when running under CF 1.0. So my hope is that
this is a CF 2.0 bug.

Has anyone made the same experience and if so, is there a workaround or trick
to prevent this?
