But I should have in tools some bottons like control alterations and I cannot
see them.

I believe you are referring to tracking the changed you've made to your
document? If that's the case, double-click TRK in the Status Bar or click
Tools/Track Changes to turn Track Changes on. Use the same method to turn it
off.
