REVISED QUESTION Internet Explorer problems

Sorry, I didn't put enough info in my first post. I have reinstalled IE6 but
am still having the same problem as before. IE cannot find the server and OE
comes up with error 0x800CCC43. It dials, accepts user name and password and
icon shows on my toolbar that I'm connected. I'm sure I have all my settings
the same as my other computer. I am running Win98SE
