revise default "normal" page

Somehow I revised the template that opens a blank page so
you can begin working and am now unable to remove it.

Now every time I open a "blank" page it includes borders
which I can remove by deleting the meta name in the html
code.

Its getting old. Please help.

You applied shared borders to your web, so they then become the default when
you create a new page.
