Reviewing tracked changes

In older versions of Word (I am talking pre-2000, like
Word 6.0 or something like that), when one reviewed a
change and clicked on the accept or reject button, the
cursor would move on automatically to the next tracked
change. I can't seem to do this anymore with Office 2000
(Windows 2000 OS). I have to physically click on the
reviewing pane to ask for Word to look for next tracked
change for me to accept or reject. Could anyone please
suggest how I can get Word 2000 to automatically move to
the next change?

Thanks!

You can add the old "Accept/Reject" dialog box to your menu bar or
toolbar. It's under the "All Commands" category and the command is
"ToolsReviewRevisions".

Step-by-Step:

- Go to Tools/Customize
- Select the Commands tab
- In the Categories section on the left select All Commands
- In the Commands section on the right locate: ToolsReviewRevisions
- Drag/drop the Revisions command to a toolbar/menu of your choice
