Reviewing Tasks of employees

I am the manager of 15 people. Is it possible in Outlook
for me to review in total the open action items (easily)
for everyone in my group?

Only if you have assigned them to them. However, they could
run a cool little script that would read their tasks and send a
Task report to you with a click of a button.

It would require that each employee set up the Macro on their
Outlook client. I have the script info at work and could share
this with you if you are interested.
