Reviewing a document with comments

Could you please tell me how I can make the name of a reviewer in a document
visible in the balloon while editing a Word document?
 
Are you referring to Comment balloons? The name always appears! If
you're referrring to tracked changes, the changes appear in the same
color as that person's Comment balloons.
